Third Annual Southern California Home Buyer’s Fair
The third annual Southern California Home Buyer’s Fair at the Los Angeles Convention Center in downtown Los Angeles is expected to draw thousands of hopeful home buyers this weekend. The Southern California Home Buyer’s Fair will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m on Sunday, March 14. The Los Angeles Convention center is located at: 1201 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90015.
What can home buyers expect to find at the Southern California Home Buyer’s Fair?
They can expect to see educational seminars that help home buyers obtain the tools and give them information to navigate today’s real estate market. Expect to find information from a variety of topics from how to save for a down payment, repairing and monitoring your credit to how to buy foreclosed and short sale property deals.
Expect to see 80 exhibit booths where home buyers can obtain industry expert information on home ownership and the home-buying process.
The cost to entering is free to the public. Attendees can expect to get their chance at daily prizes like 200 AMC Entertainment movie tickets, and 10 iPod shuffles each day.
The event is sponsored by California Association of Realtors and the Los Angeles Times.
